In keeping with Roman tradition, Trattoria Romana has created Bar Sorana (named after the owner’s hometown), that authenticates a Roman-style taverna. In addition to our full bar, guests can enjoy specialty cocktails such as a “Via Veneto” and the “Gianduia Chocolate Martini”. Our international wine list also features an extensive wine by the glass selection. If you prefer to remain captive, Bar Sorana offers our full dinner menu for your dining experience. You can choose to eat at our bar or enjoy the bar scene at the surrounding high-tops. Bar Sorana also contains an elevated community table in which up to 12 people can dine.
